Old Vinegar Sting

Soak the fungus and blanch it in boiling water.

Soak the jellyfish head in clean water for 10 hours, changing the water several times in between.

Sting head slices.

Boil the water, don't boil the water, pour the stinging head in and remove it quickly. The water temperature is too high or the stinging head is easy to melt away for a long time.

Garlic, parsley, green onion, minced chili, shredded peanuts and fried.

Put oil and pepper in a pot, then add chili powder.

Pour a spoonful of sugar, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 3 spoons of vinegar, sesame oil.

Add the ingredients and stir well.
