Old Vinegar Sting

Wash cucumbers and set aside;

Soak and rinse with clean water to remove the salty taste;
3.
Rinse again with 80 degrees warm water and remove it immediately;
4.
Chop the cucumber into pieces, and change the knife into sections horizontally and vertically;
5.
The sting head is cut into small pieces along the sting petals, and placed in the same container as the cucumber;
6.
Add minced garlic, light soy sauce, aged vinegar, sugar, salt, oyster sauce and mix well
Tips:
1. The stings bought from the market are all marinated and need to be soaked and rinsed with water to remove the salty taste;
2. Slightly scald the sting's head with water, mainly to remove the fishy odor and make it more resilient. Be careful not to burn the head over it. This step is also acceptable;
