This is the first time I have used a bread machine to make yogurt. I used the bacteria powder of old yogurt and adjusted the sugar ratio appropriately. The first bite after refrigeration is like the old Beijing yogurt in porcelain bottles. It’s easy to pour with a bread machine, make it at night, put it away in the refrigerator in the morning, and take it with you.

2. All containers, bottles and tools are disinfected by boiling water;

3. Pour a little milk into the sterilized container first, and put in bacterial powder;

4. Add soft white sugar and stir evenly;

5. Pour in the remaining milk and stir a little;

6. Pour the milk into the feeding bottle, just use 4 feeding bottles; seal the mouth of the feeding bottle with plastic wrap;

7. Put the milk bottle into the bucket of the bread machine, four are just right. I want to put one in the middle, but I really can’t put it in; close the lid and start the program of the bread machine: 11~yogurt function, the default time is 8 hours; , Come and see in the morning;

8. The next morning, the yogurt function has ended. Pick up the bottle and see that the yogurt has solidified very well;

Tips:
The yogurt can also be directly placed in the bucket of the bread machine, and then divided into bottles after preparation. It is easier to use bottles.
