Olive Oil Protein Biscuits

Weigh the low-gluten flour, whole wheat flour and baking powder

After mixing, sieve 2 times, let it mix well

Add rock sugar powder to the egg whites, or white sugar

Stir well, let the powdered sugar melt completely, then add olive oil

Continue to stir evenly

Heat the oven at 165 degrees and lower at 150 degrees. After preheating, put it into the middle layer and bake for about 18 minutes

I like to use rock sugar powder for desserts, if I don’t like it, I can use the same amount of sugar instead
