Olive Steamed Fish Belly

Wash the belly of the fish, put some salt on the fish, and set aside.

Wash the black olives.
3.
Spicy millet, minced garlic and chopped green onions.
4.
Pour in some oil and olives and stir well.
5.
Pour olives on the fish belly and steam for 15 minutes in a steamer.
6.
Take out after steaming.
7.
Put the oil in the pot, add the garlic, the millet spicy, and the green onions to the soy sauce and saute together.
8.
Finally, pour the sauteed garlic paste into the belly of the fish.
