One Fish and Two Foods-pickled Fish, Fish Bone Soup

The fish is cleaned and sliced into fish fillets.

Cut the green onion, ginger and sauerkraut.

Boil the fish fillets in hot water and remove them quickly.

Cut off the fish bones and set aside.

Fry the green onion and ginger into the pan, add salt.

Stir-fry for a minute or two and add water.

After the water is boiled, add the blanched fish fillets and boil the pot.

Stir fry with green onion and ginger first, add salt and vinegar, then add fish bones and stir fry.

After two minutes, add water (hot water), bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes to prepare a delicious fish bone soup with calcium supplement.
