One-minute Breakfast Multigrain Rice Cereal

Miscellaneous grains, here are lentils, black rice, large yellow rice, and glutinous rice. Soak in the rice cooker for more than 1 hour, simmer into rice, let cool, divide into bags, and freeze in the freezer. My lentils are cooked quickly. You can adjust the ingredients and brewing time according to your preferences, and try to choose easy-cooking beans.

Black beans are cooked and frozen in the refrigerator.

Add black beans to the cooking machine.

Add multi-grain rice.

Add dates and wolfberry.

Add walnuts.

Add milk to the refrigerator and chill overnight.

In the morning, plug in the cooking machine for 1 minute to make rice paste.
