The cupcakes in the dessert shop look so exquisite and attractive, but I don’t know how many additives are added to the desserts sold out. It is more reliable to make them at home without additives!
However, one thing to note is that due to different personal preferences, the ratio of powdered sugar can be increased or decreased. The ratio of whipped cream to powdered sugar is about 10:1.

One Minute Cake-microwave Blueberry Cupcakes

1. Prepare all the ingredients first

2. First, beat the eggs into an empty bowl and mix well with an electric mixer

3. Add the cake mix and mix well until it is smooth and no particles

4. Put the mixed cake batter into the cup cake paper mold

5. Put it in Midea microwave oven, select high heat (p100), and rotate for 1 minute

6. Find an empty bowl, add whipped cream, powdered sugar, food coloring, and beat until lines appear on the surface of the whipped cream

7. After the cream is beaten, put it into a piping bag, rotate the piping bag to squeeze it on the cake, and decorate with blueberries.
