One of Children's Favorite Snacks & Lots of Fun

The butter is softened at room temperature, and stir it with an electric whisk until the volume becomes larger and the color becomes lighter.

Add powdered sugar and stir until smooth and without particles.

Add the whole egg mixture and stir until fully incorporated.

Low-gluten flour, cornstarch and cocoa powder are sieved and added to the butter, and mixed evenly with a rubber scraper.

After uniformity, knead into dough and let it stand for 10 minutes.

Divide equally into small balls of 20 grams.

Flatten it with your palm, place it in a baking tray, and then use a fork to print lines on the surface of the biscuit horizontally and vertically, and press the chocolate beans on the surface.

Preheat the oven in advance, and bake for 15 minutes at 170 degrees.

Let cool after baking.
Tips:
Chocolate beans must be resistant to high temperatures, otherwise they will easily melt during the baking process.
