Onion Saury

Wash and slice onions

Remove the gills and belly of the saury, wash and cut into sections, add some salt, and marinate in cooking wine for 20 minutes

Skim the marinade and sprinkle some starch

Heat oil in the pot, add saury
5.
Fry on both sides, add green onion, ginger, and chili
6.
Add cooking wine, sugar. Freshly smoked, a little water, cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Add onions and stir well. Add some salt and cook for 3 minutes
8.
Just add some chopped green onion
Tips:
1. The saury must be cooked thoroughly because it has been iced.
2. Sugar can be left alone.
3. The onion should not be cooked for too long.
