The squid that has been sent out is straightforward. What do you do, how do you do it?
After searching around, I saw more fresh squid and less dried squid. I finally saw two or three recipes for dried squid with water and quickly got it down.
Change the ingredients, use the gourd to draw a scoop, and get an onion squid roll. I thought it was firing the squid, but never thought that the squid quickly oozes out a lot of water when it enters the pot. It is not like a dry stir-fry, but it is no different from a stew. I don't know if the situation is wrong, but I still bite the bullet and proceed according to the procedure. There was too much water, so I simply removed some. When it came out of the pot, the color was too monotonous. I grabbed a piece of green onion and shredded it and threw it into the pot. It suddenly felt more pleasing to the eye. When it's out of the pot, it's delicious or not, just weigh it and eat it.
I just don’t know, why is there so much water, is it that the squid has too much hair? ? ?
