Many people only know that onions can be eaten cold, or fried and eaten well!

Onion Tofu Pancakes

1. Wash the onion and cut into strips, rinse, drain the water

2. Pour the drained onion into an appropriate amount to pickle, shake to pickle evenly and drain out the water

3. Sliced dried tofu into strips

4. Bring water to a boil in a net pot, pour the dried tofu in to remove the beany smell

5. Pour the blanched dried tofu on the chopping board and chop

6. Stir the marinated onions and dried tofu evenly

7. Add an egg to the chopped onion and stir well

8. After mixing well, add the flour, don’t add too much, just absorb the moisture inside.

9. Add a small amount of dry starch to the onion paste and mix well

10. Heat oil in a pot, pour in an appropriate amount of onion paste to spread out

11. After the onion paste is fried on one side, turn to the other side and continue to fry. When both sides are golden brown, it can be served on the plate.

Tips:

Fry slowly on low heat, add starch to make it not easy to stick to the pan
