Onion Twice-cooked Pork

Prepare the ingredients

Tips:
The pork belly is cooked for about 10 minutes and then sliced. You can cut it any way you like. Because Pixian Douban is more flavorful, there is no need to add salt. If you like heavy flavors, you can add more watercress and stir fry for a better color. You don’t like to eat chicken essence.
