If I want to eat green onion pancakes, I don’t have any green onions at home, so I use onions instead, which tastes good.

Onion Version Scallion Pancake

1. Add the flour to warm water, knead until smooth, cover the pot, and wake up for ten minutes.

2. Dice the onion and set aside, then roll the awake noodles into thin crusts

3. Sprinkle salt, oil, and diced onion on the dough.

4. Then roll the dough from bottom to top.

5. The roll is divided into three sections.

6. Then twist the noodles into a spiral shape

7. Squeeze the twisted dough and flatten it.

8. Roll it out again into thin slices.

9. Add oil to the pan, fry on medium and low heat until golden on both sides, and you can get out of the pan.

10. Slice out and put on a plate.
