Open Fruit Sandwich
1.
Prepare all the ingredients: toast, sweet salad dressing, oranges, blueberries, bananas, kiwis.
2.
The toast is trimmed.
3.
Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into thin slices.
4.
Wash blueberries and cut in half.
5.
Peel the oranges and cut into round slices.
6.
Peel the banana and slice it into thin slices.
7.
Heat the pan without adding oil, put in toast, and bake at the lowest heat.
8.
Bake until slightly yellow on both sides (this way the baked toast tastes more crispy).
9.
Spread one side of the fried toast with salad dressing.
10.
One side of the toast is evenly coated with sweet salad dressing; (cream is the best, there is no cream at home, so I replaced it with sweet salad dressing, the taste is equally great!)
11.
Paste the cut fruit slices on the bread slices coated with salad dressing, and cut them as thin as possible.
12.
Cut off the other sides of the bread, including the fruit, and cut them as flat as possible.
13.
Finally, cut it in half, put it on a plate, and start eating.
14.
Breakfast: fruit sandwich + mango sago + fried egg.
Tips:
The cream is the best. There is no cream at home, so I replaced it with a sweet salad dressing and it tasted great! You can also use other jams instead.
