I just bought the milk papaya, think about whether it will be more delicious with the yam puree, and then sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds, and it is delicious. The yam is milky and smooth, and papaya is sweet but not greasy. Supper for my daughter should be good"

Open Sesame

1. Prepare all ingredients

2. Cut the papaya and remove the seeds

3. Dice papaya

4. Pour the yam puree into the pot and stir, turn on medium heat, add milk and stir evenly, then add sugar and stir evenly, then it can be out of the pot.

5. Put the boiled milk yam puree into a clean plate prepared in advance, and smooth it with a spoon. Then use a spoon to gently divide evenly into small squares, set aside

6. Put the diced papaya in a circle around the plate

7. Sprinkle ripe sesame seeds on each grid and it’s ready

Tips:

I make the yam puree in advance and put it in the refrigerator, and just take it out when you use it. For the production process of yam mud, please refer to the "Original Yam Mud" I published earlier. I like to eat thinner yam mud, and you can add more milk. Mine is neither thick nor thin, just right.
