Orange Cake

Ingredients: 35 grams of butter, 20 grams of powdered sugar, 1 orange zest, 40 grams of low-gluten flour, 1/8 teaspoon of baking powder

Tips:
1. When shaving orange zest, be careful not to scrape the white part of the knife, so as not to affect the taste;
2. Mix the powdered sugar and butter with a spatula first to avoid scattering of powdered sugar when using a whisk.
