Orange Cake

Put the liquid ingredients and sugar in the bread machine, then put the flour and yeast;

Add butter and orange zest after one kneading procedure, and then perform two kneading procedures;

Ferment for 45 minutes;

Divide the dough into 25g portions, put them in the mold, and continue to ferment for 20 minutes;

In order to make the color uniform on both sides, buckle the mold upside down on the baking tray, heat up and down at 130 degrees, and bake for about 20 minutes.
Tips:
The temperature of the oven can be lowered appropriately, otherwise the cake will taste dry and hard.
