Orange Cake Roll
1.
Prepare the materials
2.
Wash the orange, cut it in half, and then cut 8 slices. Put the orange slices in a pot with water, heat, and cook until the orange peel is slightly white and transparent. Pick up the orange slices and dry.
3.
After drying, put it in a baking tray, put it in the oven at 150 degrees and bake for 3 minutes, take it out for use
4.
Squeeze the remaining orange into 50 grams of orange juice for later use
5.
Orange juice+white sugar+salad oil mix with egg cream and stir well
6.
Add low-gluten flour and mix well
7.
Add the egg yolk and stir well
8.
Add sugar and lemon juice to the egg whites and beat them with an electric whisk until moist foaming. Lift the whisk to pull out the sharp corners.
9.
Mix half of the meringue with the batter and mix evenly with a spatula
10.
Then add the mixed batter to the other half of the meringue and stir evenly.
11.
Pour the mixed batter into a baking pan with orange slices, and use a rubber spatula to flatten the surface
12.
Put it into the preheated oven and bake (the penultimate layer, as shown in the picture), heat up to 150 degrees, lower the heat to 120 degrees, and bake for 35 minutes.
13.
After the cake roll is baked, let it cool, and then spread cream or jam on the surface of the cake
14.
Roll up the cake and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour to set
15.
Slice after setting
