Orange Jam

Picked fresh oranges

Remove the orange peel, then remove the core and inner skin, and only the pulp

700 grams of pulp and maltose removed

Then boil on high heat, then turn to low heat to simmer

Simmer until thick

After the small bottle is blanched with boiling water, let it dry, then pack the pulp, and keep it in the refrigerator after it cools.
Tips:
I made it with very sour oranges. I didn’t finish all the 5 catties of oranges. I only made 700 grams of the pulp. I personally don’t like to eat too sweet, so I think 200 grams of maltose is a bit sweet, and I don’t like it too much. Sweet friends can reduce the amount of maltose.
If you use sweet oranges, maltose can reduce the amount.
There are three small bottles of the boiled jam, each of which is 100ML. If you can't finish it all at once, you can store it in the freezer, and then take it out and thaw it when you eat it.
