Orange Juice Lotus Root Slices

The required materials.

Wash lotus root, peel and slice.

Boil water in a pot. After the water is boiled, add the lotus root slices to blanch water. When the water is boiling again, remove the lotus root slices. (Note: Don't use cold water)

Sprinkle the fished lotus root slices with orange jade while it's hot.

Let each piece of lotus root be covered with orange treasure.

Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut in half, and set aside

After a few hours, the lotus root slices will be evenly colored and put on the plate. Surround the plate with the prepared cherry tomatoes.
Tips:
1. The blanched lotus root slices must be sprinkled with oranges while they are hot. Do not use cold water. After the cold water comes, the lotus root slices will not love the color.
2. Sprinkle as much orange as possible, so that the color of the lotus root slices will be very bright.
