Orange Juice Yam

Peel the yam and cut into even 2 cm sections.

Place a plate with a jujube with the bottom cut off in the center.

Cover with plastic wrap and steam in cold water for 20 minutes.

Remove the fresh-keeping film of the steamed yam and set aside.

The amount of mashed orange juice is appropriate.

Pour the orange juice into a pot, add appropriate amount of sugar (rock sugar is also acceptable), and bring to a boil on low heat.

Water starch is reserved.

Tick in water starch, the consistency is not thick or thin.

Use a small spoon to pour the yam.

Dried mango is cut into small cubes for garnish, sprinkle with appropriate amount of osmanthus. (Cut carrots into florets and steam them together)
