I used a 400ml mug and it was full
11.
Serve hot immediately
Tips:
1. Because the orange peel part is to be used, wash the orange peel with salt in advance and set aside
2. When shaving orange peel scraps, do not dig into the white part, the white part will have a bitter taste, just plan the surface layer
3. Do not pour the cake liquid more than seven minutes full, as the cake will swell when it is made. I used Qifenman to create an explosive mushroom cloud shape
4. Use a 400ml mug to ripen in 3 minutes. If the cup is small, you can reduce the microwave time appropriately
This recipe uses Midea’s smart microwave, model M3-L235B, capacity 23L, and power 800W. Please adjust the heating time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own microwave.
