Orange Peel

Wash the oranges

Peel off the orange peel with a paring knife

Put the orange peel in a bowl and add a spoonful of salt

Rub well with your hands

Add appropriate amount of water

Wash it well, then add salt to rub and wash again, you can wash it several times, and wash it thoroughly

Add 80g of fine sugar in a small pot

Pour the orange peel

Add water that just has no orange peel

Bring to a boil over medium heat

Until the orange peel is translucent, collect the juice on high heat

Add 20g of caster sugar and 20g of powdered sugar to the baking tray and mix well

Pick the boiled orange zest into the baking tray and put it on top of the sugar

Just mix well
Tips:
1. Do not add too much water when boiling the orange zest, otherwise it will take longer to harvest the juice
2. After the orange peel is boiled, you don’t need to let it cool completely. You can put a small amount in the sugar for a while.
