Orange Peel Honey Muffin

It’s still a long-winded method of simple candied orange peel, and the orange peel is scraped off the white part inside.

Then add a small amount of water to the cut orange zest, add some sugar and cook for ten minutes, soak for more than half an hour

Beat two eggs

Add 15g honey and stir well

Add 88g vegetable oil

And 90g water, mix well

Add 350g muffin premix powder, if not, replace it with 300g low-gluten powder 45g white sugar 4g baking powder

Soak the fully flavored candied orange peel and cut into very small cubes

Add to the mixed batter and mix evenly

Add it to the paper cup 80% full, and add or not add dried fruit to the surface at will~

Preheat the oven and fire the middle layer up and down, 175 degrees, ten minutes or so~
