Some time ago, I made a lot of candied orange peel shreds. After a period of time, it has become crystal clear and it is perfect for making various baking small dots. I baked this orange puff pastry yesterday afternoon. The orange scent is overflowing and the taste is crispy.

Orange Peel Shortbread

1. Add candied orange zest to the mixing cup and break it with a food processor

2. In a large bowl, add eggs, corn oil and soft sugar

3. Stir with chopsticks until thick

4. Add orange zest

5. Sift in low-gluten flour and baking powder

6. Use chopsticks to stir into dry powder

7. Then gently knead into a dough and relax for 10 minutes

8. Divide the loose dough into 16 parts, roll them into balls, flatten them, lay them on a baking tray, and brush with egg wash

9. Put in the oven, middle level, 180 degrees, up and down, bake for 15 minutes
