Orange Pork Ribs

Ribs cut into pieces.

Rinse repeatedly with running water.

Put it in a container and soak in clean water for 30 minutes, turn it over several times in the middle, soak in bleeding water, and then rinse.

Ginger slices.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add ginger slices and cooking wine, put in the ribs, open the lid and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, turning halfway.

Then rinse the foam on the surface of the ribs with clean water.

Wash the pot, change the water, put the ribs to a boil again, simmer for 1 hour on medium and low heat.

Remove the ribs and drain the water.

Peel off the skin of the orange and remove the white stems.

Use a food processor to beat out the orange juice and filter it several times.

Add a spoonful of white granulated sugar, mix well, and let stand for 10 minutes.

Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the pot and heat until slightly hot.

Pour in orange juice.

When the orange juice is boiling, add the ribs and stir fry for a while.

Add 2 tablespoons of Amoy Soy Sauce, (braised soy sauce is also acceptable), stir fry for a while, close the lid, and turn it a few times in the middle.

Add a small amount of chicken essence and white sesame seeds before the juice is almost dry.
17.
Collect the dried juice and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
18.
Plated, finished product.
