Ordinary Delicacy—homemade Sanxian Soup

Raw material map: soft tofu, oyster mushroom, egg, coriander.

Wash the tofu lightly to remove dust and cut into small strips.

Wash the oyster mushrooms and tear them into small strips that match the tofu.

Bring the water to a boil in the pot, add the oyster mushrooms to a quick blanch, remove and set aside. (It takes about 5 seconds)

Put the tofu in, blanch it, and remove it for later use.

Heat oil in another pot, stir-fry chives and white minced, then add appropriate amount of water, and add 1/2 teaspoon of table salt, and bring the water to a boil.

Add tofu strips.

Add oyster mushroom strips, cover with lid, and cook until water boils.

After the water is boiled, beat in egg flowers, add a little chicken essence and sesame oil. Thicken the gorgon, and sprinkle with coriander at the end.
