Oreo Cake

Separate egg yolk and egg white to ensure that the container is oil-free and water-free. Make sure that there is no egg yolk in the egg white and separate cleanly.

Add the egg yolks and sugar and stir well, then add milk and stir well, then add vegetable oil and stir well, and finally add low powder and stir evenly and finely, without turning over to become tendons.

The oven starts to preheat 150 degrees, and the egg whites are divided into three times and sugar is added to fully beat them.

Take one-third of the egg whites, add the egg yolks, and stir evenly, add the remaining egg whites to replicate evenly.

Pour into the cake mold, about 15 cm away from the table, freely fall from top to bottom and shake it twice, and put it in the oven.

Take it out one hour later, shake it twice again, snap it back quickly, and demould it.
7.
Whip the whipped cream with sugar and prepare to use.
8.
Apply light cream and decorate.
