Oreo Cheese Mooncakes

Gelatine tablets are soaked in ice water to soften;

The cream cheese is softened at room temperature and beaten until smooth;

Add the confectioner's sugar in two batches. When adding it for the second time, let the first confectioner's sugar completely blend into the cream cheese;

Add yogurt while stirring;

Then add milk and mix well;

Drain the gelatin slices, heat-insulate and hydrate them for later use;

Pour the gelatin slice liquid into the cream cheese liquid and stir evenly;

Add the crushed Oreo biscuits and mix well;

Put the chocolate in hot water to turn the chocolate into a liquid state;

Use chopsticks to help pour the chocolate liquid into the mold and spread it evenly into the refrigerator to harden;

Pour the cream cheese liquid until it is 8 minutes full, then put it into the refrigerator to harden;

Then seal with chocolate liquid, and carefully remove the sealed chocolate from the mold after it has hardened.
