Tips:
Note ⚠️1. If you want the cake roll to be delicate and soft, the egg yolk paste is best passed through a sieve. If you don’t care about the taste, you can save trouble without sieve. 2. The egg whites should be beaten to the state of wet foaming, i.e. large hooks. Do not beat into small upright sharp corners, which will crack or crack when rolled. 3. The baking temperature is based on the actual temperature of your oven. The temperature difference of my oven is higher. I set it to 135 degrees, and the actual temperature has reached 170 degrees.
