【oreo Yogurt Mousse】
1.
Prepare the required ingredients
2.
Soak the gelatine slices in cold water until soft, set aside
3.
Heat butter over water until melted, set aside
4.
Oreo uses a knife to scrape off the icing sugar in the middle layer
5.
Put it into a fresh-keeping bag and use a squeegee pin to squeeze to powder
6.
Pour the biscuits into a large bowl, pour in the slightly cool butter liquid, and stir evenly
7.
Pour the mixed biscuit powder into the mold, flatten and compact it with a kneading pin, and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour
8.
Put the gelatine slices in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of water (about 15g), heat over water, remove the bowl after melting, set aside to cool for later use
9.
Add fine sugar to the whipped cream
10.
Beat to 6-7 to distribute. Use the egg beater to traverse the obvious lines, and there will be a little flow when the container is tilted.
11.
Add yogurt and stir evenly (the whisk is not powered on, just stir directly)
12.
Add the biscuits (don’t crush them too much) and mix well
13.
Add the cold gelatin liquid and mix well
14.
Take the mold out of the refrigerator, pour the mousse liquid, scrape the surface smoothly, tap a few taps on the countertop, shake out the large bubbles, return to the refrigerator for more than four hours for refrigeration, until the mousse liquid has solidified
15.
Take out the mousse and blow a circle against the side of the cake mold with a hair dryer to demould it
16.
Take an appropriate amount of Mini Oreos, divide them in half, and evenly stick them around the edge of the cake (scraped icing for use)
17.
Put a few mini Oreos on the surface of the cake, sprinkle some scraped sandwich frosting and a few decorations with silver beads for decoration.
Tips:
1. The crumbled biscuits added in the mousse liquid do not need to be too crumbled, a little bit of small particles will make the taste richer
Second, the surface decoration can be placed according to your own preferences
3. It does not take a long time to demold with a hair dryer, just blow a circle around the periphery of the mold. It’s best to put a small tall cup under the live bottom so that the mousse can be slowly introduced
4. If you don’t like the bottom of the biscuit, you can add the bottom of the cake to it.
5. It is best to refrigerate cake overnight
6. Choose the original flavor of yogurt, if you choose other flavors of yogurt, it may overwhelm the pure aroma of Oreo
