Cookies are a simple and easy-to-use biscuit, suitable for children at home or as afternoon tea."

Original Cookies

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. The butter is softened at room temperature, sift in powdered sugar

3. Sift in the granulated sugar

4. After beating with a whisk, add the whole egg liquid in batches, each time until it is fully fused with the egg liquid to avoid separation of water and oil.

5. Sift in low powder and mix well

6. Put it in a piping bag

7. Squeeze out the cookie shape you like on the baking tray

8. Preheat the oven at 200°C for 5 minutes, and bake at 185°C for about 15 minutes. After baking, it will be stuffy for a few minutes. Just take it out and let it cool.

Tips:

When cookies are baked, if there is enough time, watch the coloring on the side of the oven to avoid over-coloring or bake that affects the taste

The cookies should be squeezed into the baking tray to leave some gaps, and they will expand and become larger after heating.
