Original Cookies

Butter, low-gluten flour, eggs, white sugar, powdered sugar, these materials are weighed and set aside.

After the butter has softened at room temperature, beat it with an electric whisk until smooth.

Add the powdered sugar and caster sugar to the butter and stir.

Beat until the caster sugar, powdered sugar and butter are completely combined.

Add two whole egg mixtures and continue to stir.

Sift in the flour and stir evenly. I sift it in three times, so it's better to stir.

Stir until there are no particles and no dust.

Put it into a piping bag and use an eight-tooth piping mouth.

Squeeze the pattern on the greased baking pan.
