Original Hawthorn

Wash the fresh hawthorn to control the moisture.

Use a knife to divide the hawthorn in two from the middle and remove the core.

The bottom of the hawthorn should also be cleaned.

Add appropriate amount of sugar and cool boiled water according to personal preference.

Put it in the steamer and steam for 6 minutes.

Stir the steamed hawthorn thoroughly, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator (ready to eat)
