Original Honey Panna

Gelatine tablets are soaked beforehand.

Pour the milk into a heat-resistant container.

Put it in the microwave on high heat for one minute.

After taking it out, put in the soaked gelatin sheet while it is still hot, and stir well.

After allowing it to cool a little bit, put the honey in. The honey should not be high temperature, and sugar can be used.

After letting it cool thoroughly, it doesn't feel so hot. Seal it and put it in the refrigerator for five hours. I made it the night before and put it on for one night.

Take out the cut pieces and eat. The custard flicks, cool for a summer.
Tips:
How many gelatin tablets you put depends on whether you like to eat soft or hard. I think this is just right.
