Original Madeleine Cake

Stir the eggs + white sugar evenly.

Sift in the mixed flour (low-gluten flour and baking powder mix and sift).

Stir evenly with a single pump.

Pour in the melted butter.

Continue to stir evenly.

Put it in a piping bag and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Squeeze the refrigerated batter into the mold.

Put it in the preheated oven, heat the middle layer up and down at 150° and bake for 14 minutes. After being out of the furnace, the mold can be demoulded directly by inverting.

This recipe uses a Midea smart electric oven, model T7-L384D, with a capacity of 38L and a power of 1800W. Please adjust the heating time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own oven.
