This cake is simple and easy to make, but also small and exquisite, especially suitable for children to eat, one bite, very satisfying. The skin is a bit crispy and the heart is softer. It is a good dessert.

Original Madeleine Cake

1. Stir the eggs + white sugar evenly.

2. Sift in the mixed flour (low-gluten flour and baking powder mix and sift).

3. Stir evenly with a single pump.

4. Pour in the melted butter.

5. Continue to stir evenly.

6. Put it in a piping bag and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

7. Squeeze the refrigerated batter into the mold.

8. Put it in the preheated oven, heat the middle layer up and down at 150° and bake for 14 minutes. After being out of the furnace, the mold can be demoulded directly by inverting.

The temperature is adjusted according to your own oven.
This recipe uses a Midea smart electric oven, model T7-L384D, with a capacity of 38L and a power of 1800W. Please adjust the heating time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own oven.
