Prepare glutinous rice flour.

Add 4 scoops of glutinous rice flour into the glass bottle.

Add the pre-beaten sesame powder (you can let the store stir to make a powder while buying the sesame seeds), and mix well with the batter.

Pour the evenly mixed sesame paste into the health pot, and add water to 1 liter (the pot surface has a scale).

Adjust the health pot to "cooking porridge" (40 minutes). For the first ten minutes, open the lid and stir every 2 minutes (to prevent the bottom from sticking). When it is over, adjust to "Porridge" (40 minutes).
