Yesterday’s steamed clams with clams is still not enough. Today I made the original steamed eggs again, but this one can’t be eaten often. Yesterday, I felt like I didn’t eat enough. I felt tired after only a few mouthfuls today. I just put it a little bit. The salt, paired with the cucumber, is really more delicious. Original Steamed Egg

1. 2 eggs

2. After breaking up, add some salt to taste

3. Add warm white boil and stir evenly, the ratio can be 2:1

4. Filter the egg liquid to make the steamed eggs more tender and smooth

5. Wrap it with plastic wrap and poke a few holes with a toothpick

6. Put it in the boiling pot and steam

7. Steam on medium and small heat for 12 minutes

8. Boil the goji berries in boiling water for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the steamed eggs with goji berries.

Tips:

You can add raw extract to make it fresh. If you want to taste the original flavor, don't add it. Salt is added to it, which is a bit salty.
