Peel off the skin.

The amber-colored flesh is ripe, and it’s sweet when eaten directly. It’s too much and can’t be eaten. It is steamed and iced. It is delicious when eaten in a can.

Put on the steamer, turn on the heat, and change to medium and low heat for 25 minutes.
