Original Tortilla

Put 200 grams of cornmeal in the pot.

Stir well with chopsticks while adding boiling water.

Slightly knead into a ball.

Fill in half of the mold, about 1.5 cm thick.

Put directly into the electric pressure cooker without grease.

Select the pancake button for the pressure cooker.

After 30 minutes, open the pressure cooker after venting, it is cooked.

Tips:
1. Buy delicious cornmeal for the raw materials.
2. Water can be used for mold anti-sticking, but it won't stick as long as it is compacted.
