Original Waffle (no Baking Powder)

Beat three eggs into a deep basin.

Add all the sugar

Use an electric whisk to beat until the whisk is lifted, and the dripping egg liquid will not disappear immediately and stop.

Sift in the flour

add some oil

Add milk and stir well.

Waffle molds are oiled and heated on both sides

Pour in the egg liquid, press tightly, and heat on both sides.

When there is no sound of water inside the mold, and you can smell the egg, you can open it and take a look. It is easy to demould.
Tips:
1. It is difficult to beat whole eggs. I use refrigerated eggs. Be patient.
2. When mixing, mix left and right like stir-frying, don't stir like a circle, so as to avoid gluten.
