After eating the Orleans grilled wings, of course, you can’t miss the barbecue. The grilled pork belly is very oily, fat but not greasy. How can it be delicious~

Orleans Barbecue

1. Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices ~ set aside

2. Dissolve the barbecue marinade with water and mix thoroughly

3. Pour the prepared marinade sauce into the pork belly, grab it with your hands, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, put it in the refrigerator, and marinate for 3~4 hours. I marinated it overnight to add more flavor.

4. Marinated pork belly, take it out of the refrigerator and set aside

5. Electric baking pan preheating

6. After the preheating is over, select the "Barbecue" file, spread the pork belly on the baking pan, and cook the meat.

Tips:

Be careful to turn it on both sides when grilling, otherwise it will be easy to scorch the meat.
