If you want to make grilled wings, there is only pork belly left at home, so I made an Orleans barbecue.

1. Put the Orleans marinade powder into the thinly sliced pork belly and put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.

2. Place the marinated meat slices evenly in the baking tray. Then put it in the oven and heat up and down 230 for 15 minutes.

Tips:

When marinating the meat, do not add water first, because there is moisture in the meat, put the marinade powder first, and then add a small amount of water as appropriate.
