Orleans Chicken Roll (air Fryer)
1.
Debone chicken thighs. Personally recommend using kitchen shears to work better than knives. Just cut along the bones and it’s OK.
2.
Use the Orleans marinade to make a spa for the chicken thighs. Spread the seasoning evenly and marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. The effect is better overnight. I marinate it in the refrigerator overnight.
3.
Spread the butcher evenly, cut off the thick areas and fill the thin areas with the skin facing down, placing the potato strips in the middle
4.
Try to roll it as tightly as possible and tie it firmly with a string
5.
Wrap it in tin foil and preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees for 8 minutes. Add the chicken rolls and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes
6.
Open the tin foil, turn it over and don’t wrap it up again. Continue to 200 degrees for 20 minutes, and turn it over again.
7.
The chicken legs were removed and cut, I baked French fries and spread them under the chicken legs, and cut a sausage! Young guests love it! For how to make sausages, please refer to the homemade sausages in my recipe!
Tips:
Air fryer or oven, the specific baking time is adjusted according to the heating conditions of each item, the outer burnt and the inner tenderness are the best
