Orleans Roast Duck Leg

Wash the duck legs and control water, put them in a basin, add a little salt and cooking wine to marinate for 20 minutes

Then pour the ingredients into the duck legs, put it in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours to taste (turn the noodles several times in the middle)

Then take it out and cut it out, put it in a baking tray, preheat the oven at 230℃ for 30 minutes and then it will be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside (remember to brush the Orleans sauce or barbecue sauce twice in the middle) My baby doesn’t eat spicy so I just brushed the sauce

Tips:
1. If you can't wait 24 hours, 12 hours is fine.
2. Check your own oven for temperature and time
