Orleans Roasted Wing Root

Wash the wing roots and cut twice to make it easier to taste.

Add appropriate amount of water to the Orleans grilled wing material, mix and set aside.

Put the prepared wing roots in the marinade, grab them with your hands, and marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably in the refrigerator overnight, and you can take them out and turn them over.

Preheat the oven to 220° and bake for about 25 minutes.

When just roasting, add oil to the remaining marinade, take it out and brush the marinade when it is roasted for 10 minutes, brush it again after 5 minutes, and brush it again after 5 minutes.

Prepare the honey and brush it in the last 5 minutes. The color will be better. You can do it without brushing.
