Ormosine Dumplings

Soak the rice one night in advance, add an appropriate amount of water to a catty of rice, the water should be less than 1 cm deep of the rice, and add 5 grams of alkali powder and mix well. I'm in a good soaked state, and the water just happens to moisten the rice. Different brands of glutinous rice have different water absorption properties. You can also add more blisters for fear that the water will dry out the next day.

On the second day, clean the zong leaves, then cut off the head of the zong leaves, boil it in boiling water, remove it and soak in cold water, and take it with the bag.

Drain the glutinous rice and red beans and put them in a bowl for later use, and then make zongzi! Personal preference, you can wrap it any way you like. A layer of glutinous rice, add some red beans in the middle, and then spread a layer of glutinous rice, just wrap it up. If you don't pack the red beans, just pack the rice.

Wrap it and put it in an electric pressure cooker, add water to the dumplings, then add about 2 grams of alkali, shake it evenly, and press the bean gluten directly for 40 minutes. After exhausting, it can be taken out and cooled.
