Osmanthus Bird's Nest

Soak the bird's nest for 2 hours, change the water once in the middle, and tear off the corners of the bird's nest by hand. Soak for 1-2 hours

Stew in water, simmer the bird's nest on low heat for 20 minutes

Pour the prepared sweet-scented osmanthus and appropriate amount of rock bee candy (add according to personal taste) into the stewed bird's nest, stir evenly, and then serve.

I like to make it directly in a small ready-to-eat bottle and open one whenever I want to eat (pure chef’s own little habit)
