Osmanthus Coconut Milk Mille Cake

Melt the brown sugar slices with 500g of water

Add 50g osmanthus sugar to the melted brown sugar water and stir evenly, let cool and set aside

Add 240g milk to 200g coconut milk and mix well

Add 90g of horseshoe powder to the mixed coconut milk and stir until there are no particles

After cooling the sweet-scented osmanthus syrup, add another 110g of horseshoe powder and stir until there are no particles

The sweet-scented osmanthus sugar solution and coconut milk solution have been completed and are ready for use

Pour a layer of coconut milk solution and steam for a few minutes until solidified

Pour another layer of sweet-scented osmanthus sugar solution, steam for a few minutes, then pour in coconut milk, exchange the pour, and after all the slurry is steamed, steam it on high heat for about 20 minutes.

Take it out after steaming, let it cool and cut into pieces
Tips:
1: Each steaming time needs to be solidified before you can pour the second coconut milk to steam, otherwise it will be mixed easily and there will be no layering
